What does PRG’s rehab process look like?

Here’s an example: this little house on 25th Ave., not far from our office in south Minneapolis.

Last week workers removed aging siding to find … stucco! Stucco in need of work, but stucco nonetheless. Watch over the next few weeks as this house goes from eeeeww to aaah.

PRG project manager Kevin Gulden is overseeing the rehab. Here’s his report on what’s already done:

Windows are in (minus new storms) kitchen is in, walls are painted and flooring is going in next.  Garage to be demolished any day.  Rehab will be done in one month.
