Corina Serrano is the Housing Choice Voucher Programs Director with Saint Paul Public Housing Agency. She previously served as the HCV Programs Manager and HCV Programs Assistant manager with the PHA. In her current role, she oversees the day-to-day program operations which includes utilizing over 5,200 vouchers by working with over 1,100 owners and community partners to ensure over 11,000 individuals have safe, decent, and affordable housing and connections to resources.

Prior to her time with the PHA, Corina was a Senior Outreach Coordinator with the Metropolitan Council’s Housing and Redevelopment Authority and served in two capacities as a Housing Specialist and a Homeownership Specialist with the Washington County Community Development Agency.

Corina is an active member of Minnesota’s Chapter of the National Association of Housing and Redevelopment Officials and is currently serving on their Professional Development Committee.

Corina currently resides in Frogtown with her husband and child.
