- The new owner will have a sturdy home, with few major repairs and low energy costs due to the high-quality renovation.
- The empty, foreclosed house next door, as well as two more around the corner, will also be renovated by PRG, turning sites of despair into signs of hope.
- The block club will welcome the new neighbors and the increased strength and stability they bring.
